Born and brought up in the soulful streets of Amritsar, my childhood was spent wandering through its lanes, discovering legendary food corners, and falling in love with flavors that told stories. Every aroma, every spice, every bite taught me one simple truth—jadon khana pyaar naal baneya hove, oh sirf bhukh nahi, dil vi bharda hai.
In 2005, I moved to Australia for higher studies, where I worked in a small wood-fired kitchen. That’s where tradition met creativity. I began blending the essence of Amritsari kulcha into handcrafted recipes, and the love it received planted the seed of this dream.
Coming from humble beginnings, I saved, learned, and believed—until this little place became reality. Here, we serve authentic kulchas, paired with our signature kadak chai and creamy lassi, crafted to comfort you, surprise you, and stay with you long after the last bite.
